Clean hotel, very very helpful staff & amazing location in the historical old town. Plenty of food available in the dining room. Double room with hot water kettle, good amenities, snacks. Location very close to the historical center of Sukhothai, and the museum and Wat Tra Pang Tong temple.

The twin room I stayed in was fully equipped with new amenities, and the location was perfect, just a few steps from all the places I needed to visit.

I got to ride a bike and pretend I was an athlete by cycling around. The hotel had a place to park my fancy car, and I could show off my luggage while sipping coffee and using the microwave. Quite the luxurious experience!

The owner's attention to detail and thoughtful amenities really impressed us. the shady garden with comfortable seating and complimentary teas, coffee, and fruit was a lovely touch. the room itself was beautifully decorated with a mural and had everything we needed. the location right next to the entrance of the historical park couldn't have been better. We also enjoyed the huge and varied breakfast, which included eggs, ham, sausage, mushrooms. the lady who runs the guest house was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. it was a fantastic experience.

I had an exceptional stay at Oldtown Boutique House. The location couldn't be any better, just a few meters away from the historic park and other attractions. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The rooms were basic, but clean and equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. The breakfast served was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sukhothai.

oldtown boutique house in sukhothai was perfect - clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the historical park. the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. the free buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of delicious options. highly recommended!
